GEALAN's Planersoftware 3.0 supports the digital planning of windows and doors. The online solution offers numerous helpful functions for architects and planners. BIM planning is now also possible for macOS users within the GEALAN software - a corresponding Archicad add-on is now available.
With the Planersoftware 3.0, GEALAN offers window manufacturers, architects and dealers digital support for their daily work – in concrete terms: secure planning, project planning, tendering and quotation preparation of the window trade. At the same time, the software provides a detailed overview of the GEALAN product range with all its variations, advantages and special features. With the help of the planning tool, a wide variety of window shapes can be created with the desired profile systems. At the same time, additional profiles, as well as window sill connections or window frame extensions can be added. The software checks the design for its feasibility in terms of U-values, statics and maximum sizes. Anyone who uses the planning method of the future and works with BIM (Building Information Modeling) will receive particularly high-quality input from GEALAN's multi-award-winning data.
In order to be able to use the advantages of the Planersoftware 3.0 in familiar surroundings, GEALAN offers its planning tool as an Archicad add-on, among other things, suitable for CAD/BIM software with which more than 200 000 planners worldwide work. What is new is that this add-on is also available for macOS users. Architects and planners who work with Apple devices can now also plan window and door files in their preferred software environment.
