Bosch Condens 7000 WP is a gas condensing boiler with capacities available in 50, 70, 85, 100, 125 and 150 kW. The maximum boiler flow temperature is 85°C, it can be used as a single boiler in the system or combined with up to 6 boilers in a prefabricated cascade system with a total capacity of up to 900 kW.

Bosch Condens 7000 WP condensing boilers: innovative installation concept
The rapid installation of the cascade thanks to its innovative modular concept is an particular advantage. The cascade system can be assembled without tools. When installing the cascade, it is sufficient to mount the individual condensing boilers on the frame and insert it into the built-in holder. The separately adjustable feet allow for flexible adaptation to the conditions of the installation site. The hydraulic components are located inside, all necessary insulation is included in the set of delivery. The most effective solution for medium commercial facilities.
Bosch Condens 7000 WP has a cast aluminum heat exchanger with ALU plus surface treatment. This surface treatment technology allows to reduce the amount of deposits due to pollution and combustion products - to reduce maintenance costs and increase the service life of the equipment. The new condensing boiler confidently shows energy efficiency: at full load it has an efficiency of up to 98%, at 30% partial load the efficiently can be up to 109%. Power consumption in standby mode is very low, only 2 W.
Designed with installers and service engineers in mind
All electrical connections are free of access. In the bottom part of the boiler housing has separate electrical connections for the pump. The front cover can be removed with a single push. The main components for maintenance are easily accessible in the housing, and the siphon can be reached without disconnect of additional components. To protect the installers’ backs, the full-colour display is ergonomically installed at eye level. Its touch keys allow technicians to quickly navigate through the menus and set parameters during commissioning and maintenance.

emote access, including system monitoring and settings, allows the control system′s touch display to be showed on the PC or mobile device in use in a 1:1 ratio. The integrated Internet interface for remote access allows you to connect to a router; the Bosch Control 8000 series can then be accessed via the Internet from anywhere in the world and individual settings can be made at the operator level.
For ensure to issue more professional settings, we offer control center functions by providing extended access to the Bosch Control Center Commercial PLUS via an IP gateway. This enables remote data transfer with full remote parameter setting, as well as many other functions, such as visualization of the installation using a portal.
New quick installation systems for the Bosch 7000 WP condensing boiler:
The new Logaflow HS and HSM 40/50 hydraulic system kits for the medium power range with nominal pump group diameters of DN40 and DN50 are available for order. The maximum power of one group is around 200 kW. All important components for the respective heating circuit pump group are pre-assembled at the factory, which ensures quick and error-free installation in the system.
There are 8 types of kits available. Four have been installed with Wilo Para Maxo pumps and are adapted for control with Logamatic EMS plus and the MM100 module. The other four have KSB Calio pumps and can operate with CC 8000 control systems.
The HKV2/G2/DN125 and HKV3/G2/DN125 heating circuit distribution manifolds are designed for the installation of 2 or 3 HS40 / HS50 sets. An obvious advantage: the distribution manifolds can be combined with each other using flange connections. This design allows you to assemble a set of 6 pump groups, with which you can create a set of heating system circuits with a maximum total output of up to 1200 kW.
