The Bruck an der Mur Railway Station is one of Austria’s central stations and a key component of the new Southern Line. It has been renovated into a passenger-friendly and accessible station. As a modern transportation hub connecting rail and bus services, its importance for Styria and rail transportation in Austria has grown even further.
The character of the station has been completely transformed by the modernization. From the redesign of the forecourt and the access road to the station all the way to the station concourse, a new, bright, and well-organized station area has been created. In the track area, a striking covered bridge was built to provide a passageway over the tracks, which also offers weather-protected access to the parking garage.
